Young Entrepreneurs Empowering Nigerian Graduates
With a focus on Nigeria's overcrowded labour market, six young Nigerians – Odunayo Eweniyi, Somto Ifezue, Terry Kanu, Nonso Chinagorom, Ibukun Akinola and Joshua Chibueze – founded Sharphire, a company building products that actually make life easier for other young Nigerians.
Launched in 2014, with their flagship product PushCV – a recruitment platform with the largest database of pre-screened job candidates in Africa – Sharphire has since built two other highly successful products, PiggyBank and FrontDESK.

Speaking with Konbini about what inspired them to start Sharphire, Odunayo Eweniyi said:
"We started Sharphire because we felt that more could be done to empower the thousands of graduates that are added to the labour market every year.So while we had [PushCV] for white collar jobs, we also created [FrontDesk] to allow people create their own way. And of course, [PiggyBank] to teach financial discipline."
PushCV
PushCV provides verified employers access to three times more qualified candidates – who have actually been screened and tested. Thousands of HR managers & employers contact candidates via PushCV on a daily basis.

The best part? No deposit fees, no withdrawal fees, no monthly fees, bank-level security, and up to 4% annual interest.
